📋 Community Rules & Terms of Use

• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to avoid a ban or bypass restrictions is not allowed.
• Age requirement. You must be at least 13 years old to register (in line with GDPR and COPPA regulations).
• Keep your login safe. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Use a strong, unique password.
• Real identity not required, but do not impersonate other users, moderators, or public figures.
• Username. Must not be offensive, misleading, or contain personal information you don't want public.

PokiVault is a community for Pokémon TCG enthusiasts of all ages and skill levels. Treat everyone with respect.

• Be respectful. No harassment, bullying, personal attacks, or hate speech based on race, gender, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, or disability.
• No toxic behaviour. Flaming, trolling, and intentionally starting arguments are not welcome.
• Disagreements are fine; insults are not. Debate the idea, not the person.
• No doxxing. Never share another person's private information without their consent.
• Humour is welcome — but not at the expense of other community members.

• BannedNSFW content. No sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content. This includes profile pictures.
• BannedCounterfeit / fake cards. Do not promote, sell, or ask where to buy fake Pokémon cards. This includes "proxy" cards sold as real.
• BannedPiracy & illegal content. No links to pirated apps, cracked software, or any illegal material.
• WarningAdvertising & spam. Commercial promotion in the forum must be relevant and disclosed. No unsolicited DM advertising. No referral link spam.
• Card images used in posts must be from official sources or your own photos. Nintendo, Game Freak, and Creatures Inc. own all Pokémon intellectual property.
• Images uploaded to the forum must be family-friendly and relevant to the post.

• Post in the right category. Off-topic posts will be moved by moderators. Check the category descriptions before posting.
• Search before posting. If your question has been answered recently, reply to that thread instead of creating a new one.
• Descriptive thread titles. "Help please" or "Look at this" are not good titles. Be specific.
• No double-posting. Edit your existing post rather than posting again directly below it. Exception: a new post after 24+ hours of no replies is fine.
• No price manipulation. Do not spread false or misleading price information to manipulate the market. Price discussions must be honest and based on real data.
• Card condition descriptions must follow standard grading language: PSA/CGC grades or the Near Mint / Lightly Played / Moderately Played / Heavily Played / Damaged scale.
• Spoiler tags for leaks — if you share unreleased card information, mention it clearly in your thread title.

The Buy, Sell & Trade section is for individual collectors only. PokiVault takes no responsibility for trades or sales between members — you transact entirely at your own risk.

• Minimum age: 18+ to participate in buying, selling, or trading. Under-18 members may not use the BST section.
• Always include asking price or trade value in your post. "Make an offer" threads with no starting point will be removed.
• Include card condition, edition, and language for every card listed (use standard NM / LP / MP / HP / DMG grading).
• Include photos of the actual cards you are selling — not stock photos. High-resolution front and back photos are required for cards valued over €20.
• Addresses and contact details must be exchanged via private message only — never post them in the public forum.
• BannedNo fakes or proxies under any circumstances. Selling counterfeit cards results in an immediate permanent ban.
• One active BST thread per user. Update your existing thread rather than creating a new one.
• Bumping your thread is allowed after 7 days of inactivity. One bump at a time.
• Company affiliation must be disclosed. If you represent a shop, grading service, or other business, state it clearly in your post. Undisclosed commercial activity will result in a ban.
• Disputes between members are handled privately. Moderators will not adjudicate trades but may remove bad actors. Use trackable shipping and secure payment methods.

• This section is for discussions about PSA, CGC (Beckett), and other grading companies.
• Share your own results — not speculation or paid promotion for a grading service.
• Be honest about grades. Posting misleading "pre-grade" estimates is discouraged.
• We do not endorse any specific grading company. Research each service yourself before submitting.

PokiVault has dedicated language sections under International. The rules above apply in all languages. In non-English sections, moderator responses may be in English.

• 🇩🇰 Dansk — Post freely in Danish. Same rules apply.
• 🇩🇪 Deutsch — Post freely in German. Same rules apply.
• 🇫🇷 Français — Post freely in French. Same rules apply.
• 🇪🇸 Español — Post freely in Spanish. Same rules apply.
• 🇮🇹 Italiano — Post freely in Italian. Same rules apply.
• In the main forum sections (General Discussion, Market & Prices, etc.) please post in English so all members can participate.

• Moderator decisions are final. You may appeal privately via the PokiVault Feedback forum section, but public disputes about moderation are not allowed and will be removed.
• Enforcement scale (depending on severity): verbal warning → formal warning → temporary ban → permanent ban. Some violations (fake card sales, doxxing) result in an immediate permanent ban.
• Do not minimod. If you see a rule violation, use the report function — do not confront or lecture the user yourself.
• Moderators reserve the right to edit, move, lock, or delete any post or thread at their discretion, including for behaviour not explicitly listed that harms the community.
• If you receive a warning, respond privately via the Feedback section — do not post about it in the forum.
• Giveaways must receive admin approval before being posted.

• Content you post remains yours, but you grant PokiVault a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform.

• Card prices shown on PokiVault are sourced from third-party APIs and are for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees about their accuracy.
• PokiVault is provided as-is. We are not liable for trades, financial decisions, or losses arising from information on this platform.
• We may update these rules at any time. Continued use of PokiVault after a rule change constitutes acceptance of the new rules. Major changes will be announced in the General Discussion forum.
• Account termination. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these terms without prior notice.
